Scott Gosselin - General Manager
Scott joins In A Box Business Solutions with over eighteen years of sales
and management experience, of which the last twelve have been focused on
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Business Management Solutions.
Scott’s business to business experience ranges from Fortune 500 to start
up companies in industries ranging from banking/financial planning to automotive
and insurance. Responsible for day to day operations, Scott will be leading

Megan Porth - Director of Sales
Megan Porth has had the luxury and the curse of literally growing up in
the broadcasting industry! With a father, who has owned 17 radio stations
during the course of her lifetime, Megan was destined to end up in radio.
She graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Arts in
Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis in Broadcast. Her work
as the Public Relations Specialist for the Arizona Department of Veterans’
Services and Governor’s Policy Advisor on Military Affairs further polished
her communication skills and strong work ethic. Previously, Murphy worked
as the Deputy Director of a state-wide initiative to increase the vote in
Arizona. All of this experience and passion has led Megan to In A Box Business
Solutions, where she feels she “can significantly help further the success
of her favorite industry…BROADCASTING!”

Alan Moir - Customer Service Representative
Alan Moir is the newest member of the In a Box Business Solutions team. Alan joins us with years of experience in both the Sales and Marketing and Customer Service fields.
Previously Alan has served as the Hospitality Manager and Activities Director for a Vacation Ownership Resort in Lake Havasu City, Arizona where he was awarded the Guest Services Manager of the Year by the American Resort Developers Association.
Prior to joining In A Box, Alan was the Sales and Marketing Director for a regional Title and Escrow Company, assisting clients with a variety of services including the creation and implementation of marketing strategies for clients, including advertising, promotion and publication production.
Alan is also a proud graduate of the Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Development program and a former Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.

Jeff Roberts - Product Development Manager
After working for Martin Marietta (now known as Lockheed Martin) for nine
years on various projects as a Senior Software Analyst, Jeff started working
in the Radio industry for Murphy Broadcasting in 1992. With six years of
experience in the Traffic and Production department, Jeff became an integral
part of the development of Mastery Pro Educational Software, eventually
traveling to India to work with programmers on the software. In 2005, after
a brainstorming session, In A Box was put into development initially as a
Production Order System. Two years and many, many programming hours later,
In A Box Business Solutions is now an industry leading Customer Relationship
Management and Business Management solution that includes predictive analytics
and extensive reporting. As Product Development Manager, Jeff continues
developing and designing enhancements for the software, as well as providing
technical support.

Alex Grzywinski - Programmer
The newest member of our staff, Alex joined us through a college internship
program. Alex has already earned his AAS in computer systems administration
and is on his way to completing his Bachelor's Degree. While not only excelling
in his classes, he also worked as a computer lab aide for students, ran the ITV
video conferencing system for meetings and on-line classes as well as receiving
numerous academic accolades. With lightning speed, Alex has proven his skill and
value and since the completion of his internship, has become a full-time staff member.

Cindy Hunt - Assistant Project Coordinator
Cindy brings to In A Box Business Solutions years of executive project management,
customer service, and web design and maintenance experience as well as a
broad understanding of the radio business. Starting out as receptionist,
she quickly became a valuable asset, moving into an Office Administrator
position as well an Executive Assistant position to the General Manager.
Now as Assistant Project Coordinator for In A Box Business Solutions, Cindy
provides customer service through technical support and assists in the web
design and development of the In A Box software.

Chris Rolando - CEO
Chris started radio at 16 years old by lying about his age and forging State
of New York minor working papers. His career began on -air, and then he
decided that some day he wanted to own a car that was younger than he was,
so he went into sales.
Chris has been a perennial featured speaker at the Radio Advertising Bureau
Managing Sales Conference as well a dozens of state broadcast association
meetings. He travels the country teaching sales people to sell based upon
ROI… Return On Investment for their customers.
Chris lives in Lake Havasu City with his wife Jennifer, daughter Victoria
and sons Nick and Jake. His is a licensed pilot and enjoys good books and
“B” movies.

Over the last twenty years, the process of finding
a customer relationship management tool has been an
arduous journey. We are all looking for a tool that

to Salesforce.com, wooed by their size and promise of
